iStorage 2 for FTP, WebDAV, Dropbox, MS Skydrive and Cloud App Reviews

I have emailed a couple of times the last few weeks. I moved all our photos and everything to storage. Was enjoying the App. My phone crashed and had to reload. It shows half of my storage filled but I cannot get to it and neither can my wife on her phone. Emailed asking for help an have never got a response. I have to give it 1 Starr until they give customer service for an app paid 5.99 for.

so this is basically an air sharing clone of sorts and does things nearly as well so far! ==== update: my ssh, and ftps are at least working now, this is a very strange UI... but spending a lot of time hitting my head against it is yielding more understanding. I seriously somehow derived it was iCloud compatible, and I hope he adds this! i know its possible, because goodreader can now push and pull files into and out of the iCloud.. ****** That would make this app a 10--- star app. that feature alone. ******** i really dont know what the hell to do with this app.... im highly technical, a linux user of over 10 years. it seems feature rich but i cannot figure out this workflow for the life of me.

Doesnt grant access to any of the features the pictures show. Scammer.

I dont usually write reviews, but given how many low star ratings this app got I felt the need to leave a good review. I tried a bunch of file transfer and video playback apps and this app is, by far, the best. It does everything I need it to do, it doesnt crash, and it can perform the file transfers in the background. Only giving four stars because the UI needs some work. Some things are just counter intuitive and could use a little polish. Fix those and this is easily a five star app.

I love this app but it would be even better if you were able to multi-select documents to attach to mail. Right now you are only able to copy multiple photos then paste them into mail but if you want to rename these files and save them in your iStorage then attach all photos at once, you cant. Please add feature.

I have gotten use to the old interface over time. Ive stopped using it for things were there were bugs. Mostly I used it to store a few critical files I want to carry aound with me and as an FTP client. With this new version Ive found it to be very difficult to "get" a file (via FTP) from a server. I successfully did it once, but I wasnt able to replicate it for a second document. I end up just dragging around a thumbnail of the server document that Im trying to get. I havent tried to push anything to the server to know if that is easier or harder. I still think this is a good app for what it offers but sliced bread it is not. :)

The new UI has all sorts of bugs and customer service has been non-responsive.

Love this app, very well done! UI takes a bit to discover where the functions needed are but after that Ive found it to be simple yet very powerful utility app. One of my must-have-cant-do-without apps. Thanks!

I feel like a beta tester with this app. On the website it is described that the iPhone version has coverflow as one of the viewing options for the documents which this does not have. Also unable to connect to dropbox to access my files, keeps taking me back to the dropbox sign in screen. Too many errors, unable to connect to my cloud drives really made this app worthless in its current state. The previews and the developers website really looked great, and the app looked liked it had great potential by offering diverse document views, flexible file management, and connectivity to all my cloud based files. Well as for this rendition, you cannot even connect to cloud files to even try the file flexibility portion, and it seems no support for the advertised coverflow view. Basically this version is a complete waste of money since it basically really does NOTHING. Was hoping this would be a good document and file manager that I can also buy the iPad version too~ but no way will I shell out more money! I just really want my money back as this app is completely functionless at current time...

Great looking icon, app, and functions exactly as it says it would. A job well done!
